About Rae of Hope
Care that is thoughtful, unhurried, and centered on the whole person.
At Rae of Hope, the focus is not just on symptoms, but on how the body functions, adapts, and heals over time. Care is designed to work with the body, not against it, using intentional and individualized approaches that support long-term change.
This is care that respects the nervous system, honors the body’s natural ability to heal, and creates space for restoration—without force, without rushing, and without overlooking the bigger picture.

About Dr. Amanda Ringstad
Hello, I’m Dr. Amanda Ringstad, founder of Rae of Hope Chiropractic & Acupuncture.
My interest in chiropractic began through my own experience with chronic pain and musculoskeletal issues, including scoliosis that was not fully understood for years. Chiropractic care was one of the first approaches that helped me better understand what was happening in my body and gave me hope that healing and function could improve, not just symptoms temporarily managed. That experience shaped the way I view healthcare today and sparked my desire to better understand how the body functions, adapts, and heals.
Before attending chiropractic school, I worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician, where I had the opportunity to work closely with children and families in a developmental setting. That experience deepened my passion for supporting children early in life and helping families feel supported, understood, and empowered in their health journey. It also strengthened my appreciation for individualized care and the importance of meeting each person where they are.
I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where I was trained in a variety of techniques ranging from traditional hands-on adjustments to gentle, low-force approaches. I am also trained in the Webster Technique and am currently completing certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
During chiropractic school, I developed a strong interest in acupuncture after learning more about its ability to support both musculoskeletal and systemic health. I value the way acupuncture and chiropractic care can work together to support overall function, nervous system balance, and the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt.
I have a special interest in working with women, prenatal and postpartum patients, and families, while caring for individuals in every stage of life who are seeking a more thoughtful and personalized approach to their health.
My approach
I created Rae of Hope to offer care that feels supportive, intentional, and truly centered on the person in front of me.
Rather than forcing change, I work with the body using precise hands-on and low-force techniques designed to improve balance, support nervous system function, and encourage the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt.
Care may include a combination of gentle manual adjustments, instrument-assisted techniques, acupuncture, and supportive therapies, always tailored to your individual needs and comfort.
Each visit is designed to allow time to listen, assess, and provide care that is specific to you — never rushed, and always individualized.
