Family & Household Visits
*Household Visits are for multiple people being treated in the same visit.
Household visit options are designed to make care more convenient, connected, and manageable for multiple family members receiving care together in the comfort of their home. Whether you are scheduling for yourself, and your children, partners, or multiple family members, visits can be thoughtfully coordinated to create a more seamless experience for your household.
Household visit timing and pricing may vary slightly based on location, scheduling, and individual care needs. Additional travel accommodations may apply outside of the priamary service area.
Family visits and care plans can be coordinated when appropriate. Pricing options will be discussed in advance based on your needs. All prices include travel within the standard service area.
Mobile Visits
Care is provided in the comfort of your home, without the need to travel. Travel within our standard service area is included in the pricing listed above. Additional travel fees may apply for visits outside of this area.
Policies
Policies are in place to ensure care runs smoothly and respectfully for all patients.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. We understand that circumstances can arise and will always do our best to work with you.
